Vy Tran is a Management Analyst at the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK), National Institutes of Health (NIH). She has a keen interest in linking analytics to strategic decision-making that positively impacts the world around her. Vy received a B.S. degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland, College Park. She is currently pursuing an MBA at Johns Hopkins University where she studies Leading Organizations. Her prior experience includes overseeing 107 chapters in the global non-profit, Circle K International, and working at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Management Consultant.

There’s no doubt that the Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey (FEVS) provides a treasure-trove of meaningful data that, if extracted in a timely manner, can result in the strategic creation of employee-based initiatives and cost-saving efficiencies. At NIDDK we have designed an innovative, no-cost, Excel-based tool that captures OPM-defined focus areas and automates FEVS analysis. EVS ART has generated excitement at the NIH and we’d like to further distribute it to benefit all federal agencies, HHS and beyond – such as with our fellow HCMG attendees:

•Is an easy five step excel based tool capturing OPM-defined focus results tool

•Reduces FEVS analysis processing time from hours/days/weeks to mere minutes

•Aids in the timely strategic creation of employee-based initiatives
