The best program in advancing opportunities for high performing employees went to The Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (Comptroller). Their program does a fantastic job of providing training and competency development to continuously engage and motivate their staff.
Best Implementation of an Enterprise Technology System
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers was recognized for their program: Optimizing Strategic Workforce Planning through an Interactive Human Capital Dashboard. This award went to the best program implementation of a human resources technology system, aimed at streamlining a specific HR process in order to drive down costs and improve efficiency and productivity.
Best Leadership Development Program
Recognizing the best program focused on training and preparing future leaders, this award went to the Federal Aviation Administration Executive Exchange Program. They develop cutting-edge human capital strategies, communicate effectively, manage performance and lead in a joint environment.

The United States Army Garrison Stuttgart, Army Community Service Center was recognized as the program that focuses on innovation in the public sector and meeting government’s most pressing challenges. This award acknowledges innovative yet practical approaches to transforming the way government delivers

This award went to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division Corporate Hiring And Recruiting Team. Recognized as the most innovative program in attracting top talent, the Naval Surface Warfare Center implements an effective recruitment strategy and demonstrates improvements in the hiring process.
